In the third paragraph of the introductory remarks on page 2 of document TN/IP/W/12/Add.1, Guatemala and Japan should be added to the list of co-sponsors of the Joint Proposal. The paragraph should read as follows:
"At each heading, references have been made to the corresponding provisions of the proposals set out in TN/IP/W/12, using the annotation "HKC" for the proposal by Hong Kong, China, "JP" for the Joint Proposal by Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Chinese Taipei and the United States, and "EC" for the pro
