PROTOCOL AMENDING THE TRIPS AGREEMENT

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE

        I have the honour to inform you that on 23 May 2022, Eswatini accepted the Protocol Amending the TRIPS Agreement, done at Geneva on 6 December 2005 (the "Protocol").

        In accordance with its paragraph 4, the Protocol entered into force for Eswatini on 23 May 2022.

        This notification is furnished in accordance with paragraph 5 of the Protocol.
