Appellate Body Report and Panel Report
Action by the Dispute Settlement Body
On 19 November 1999, the Dispute Settlement Body adopted the Appellate Body report on "Turkey – Restrictions on Imports of Textile and Clothing Products" (WT/DS34/AB/R) and the panel report (WT/DS34/R), as modified by the Appellate Body Report. The panel report should be read in conjunction with the Appellate Body report.
