TEXTILE AND CLOTHING PRODUCTS
Agreement under Article 21.3(b) of the DSU
The following communication, dated 7 January 2000, from the Permanent Missions of India and Turkey to the Chairman of the Dispute Settlement Body, is circulated in accordance with Article 21.3(b) of the DSU.

Pursuant to Article 21.3(b) of the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes (DSU), the Government of India and the Government of Turkey have reached a mutual agreement with respect to the reasonable period of time for Turkey’s implementation of the recommendations and rulings of the Panel and Appellate Body in "Turkey - Restrictions on Imports of Textile and Clothing Products" (WT/DS34/R and WT/DS34/AB/R) adopted by the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) on 19 November 1999.
