Communication
from the Kyrgyz Republic
The following communication,
dated 21 April 2025, is being circulated at the request of the
delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In the Kyrgyz Republic, the
technical regulation "Electromagnetic compatibility of technical
equipment" (hereinafter referred to as TR CU 020/2011) is in effect,
approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union dated December 9,
2011 No. 879.
The procedures for assessing
conformity with EMC and EMI are established in the technical regulation
TR CU 020/2011 and in the Regulation on the procedure for applying
standard schemes for assessing (confirming) conformity with the requirements of
technical regulations of the Customs Union, approved by the Decision of the
Commission of the Customs Union dated April 7, 2011 No. 621.
Information on the procedures
for assessing conformity with EMC and EMI applied by accredited certification
bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic is provided in the following table.

The procedures for assessing the conformity of EMC
and EMI are established in the technical regulation of the Custom Union
"Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means" (adopted by the
Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union No. 879 of 9 December 2011)
and in the regulations on typical schemes of conformity assessment (adopted
by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union No. 621 of 7 April 2011).
