The following communication, dated and received on 16 December 2022, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Brazil.

As explained in document TCA/ACC/BRA/2/Suppl.1, Brazil submits in the annex^[1] to this communication the Excel file with Brazil's resubmission of its proposed tariff commitments on its Goods Schedule under the obligations of the TCA. Annex 2 of document TCA/19/Add.1, with Brazil's latest version of its complete Goods Schedule in HS 2007, is not being resubmitted since the amendments to Brazil's proposed tariff commitments under the TCA do not impact it.
