COMMUNICATION FROM BRAZIL TO THE COMMITTEE ON TRADE IN CIVIL AIRCRAFT

The following communication, dated and received on 14 June 2022, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Brazil.

As previously informed to the Director-General of WTO, I would like to inform this Committee that I have received instructions from my government to submit relevant information on Brazil's application for accession to the WTO Agreement on Trade in Civil Aircraft.

Please find attached^[*] the Excel file with two spreadsheets: i) Brazil's proposed tariff commitments on its Goods Schedule under the obligations of the Agreement on Trade in Civil Aircraft; ii) only for illustrative purposes, Brazil's latest version of its Goods Schedule as submitted on 23 May 2022, within the scope of the WTO Secretariat's Verification report on Brazil's HS 2007 submission.

I would be grateful if you circulate this communication to the Members and Observers of the Committee on Trade in Civil Aircraft.
