THE DSB RECOMMENDATIONS AND RULINGS

Addendum

The following communication, dated 15 January 2026, from the delegation of Indonesia to the Chairperson of the Dispute Settlement Body, is circulated pursuant to Article 21.6 of the DSU.

Indonesia has submitted its status report regarding the implementation of the DSB's recommendations and rulings in these disputes, in accordance with Article 21.6 of the DSU.

In this regard, Indonesia has made substantial adjustments to its relevant legislation and ministerial regulations, demonstrating its commitment to bring the measures at issue into conformity with the panel's findings and recommendations.

Furthermore, Indonesia appreciates the positive exchanges held with New Zealand in the past few months and remains committed to continuing constructive engagement with both New Zealand and the United States in order to achieve a mutually acceptable solution to these disputes.
