THE DSB RECOMMENDATIONS AND RULINGS

 Addendum

The following communication, dated 13 November 2025, from the delegation of Indonesia to the Chairperson of the Dispute Settlement Body, is circulated pursuant to Article 21.6 of the DSU.

Indonesia has submitted its status report regarding the implementation of the DSB's recommendations and rulings in these disputes, in accordance with Article 21.6 of the DSU.

In this regard, Indonesia again wishes to highlight that substantial adjustments have been made to its relevant legislation and ministerial regulations, reflecting its intention to bring the measures at issue into conformity with the panel's findings and recommendations.

Indonesia appreciates the ongoing constructive discussions with New Zealand aimed at achieving an amicable solution in the last few months. We also remain committed to engaging constructively with New Zealand and the United States in the effort to conclude these disputes.
