THE DSB RECOMMENDATIONS AND RULINGS
BY INDONESIA

 Addendum

The following communication, dated 13 October 2025, from the delegation of Indonesia to the Chairperson of the Dispute Settlement Body, is circulated pursuant to Article 21.6 of the DSU.

Indonesia has submitted its status report regarding the implementation of the DSB's recommendations and rulings in these disputes, in accordance with Article 21.6 of the DSU.

In this context, Indonesia has undertaken significant steps to adjust the measures at issue by revising the relevant legislation and ministerial regulations, to ensure the conformity of Indonesia's measures with its commitment in the WTO, as well as the panel's findings and recommendations.

At the same time, Indonesia continues to engage constructively with New Zealand and the United States in seeking a resolution of these disputes.
