In a communication to the DSB (WT/DS617/5) dated 4 July 2024, the Panel in United States – Anti‑dumping measure on OCTG from Argentina (DS617) stated that it did not expect to issue its final report to the parties before the first quarter of 2025, and that its report would be circulated once translated into all the working languages of the WTO.

On 2 May 2025, the Panel issued its final report to the parties. On 9 May 2025, the Panel informed the parties that the expected date of circulation of the final report was 16 May 2025.

On 14 May 2025, Argentina and the United States jointly informed the Panel that they were engaged in discussions with respect to the resolution of this dispute and requested that the Panel postpone the circulation of the final report until 15 August 2025.

On 11 August 2025, Argentina and the United States jointly informed the Panel that they remained engaged in discussions with respect to the resolution of this dispute. In that context, they requested that the Panel further postpone the circulation of the final report until 15 October 2025. The circulation of the final report has therefore been postponed until 15 October 2025.

I would be grateful if you would circulate this letter to the DSB.
