Addendum

Following the resignation of Mr Esteban Conejos on 29 July 2025, and further to a request by China on 30 July 2025, the Director‑General on 13 August 2025 appointed Mr Felipe Lopeandía as the Chairperson of the Panel. Accordingly, the composition of the Panel is now as follows:
