The following communication, dated 14
November 2024, from the delegation of Indonesia to the Chairperson of
the Dispute Settlement Body, is circulated pursuant to Article 21.6 of the
DSU.

Indonesia submits the status report
pursuant to Article 21.6 of the DSU.
Indonesia reiterates the importance
of complying with the DSB rulings and recommendations in DS477/DS478 and
remains committed to implementing the findings of the Appellate Body and the
Panel, as previously reported in the status reports.
Indonesia believes that the
corrective actions taken have addressed the measures at issues, by removing
self-sufficiency, harvest period restrictions, import realization requirements,
six-month harvest period requirements, reference price and domestic purchasing
requirement.
Indonesia reaffirms that its import
policies comply with WTO rules and regulations. We remain committed to
maintaining a transparent system.
Lastly, Indonesia stands ready to
work in constructive manner in exploring and finding amicable solutions to
these disputes with New Zealand and the United States.
