NOTIFICATION UNDER ARTICLE 7.3 OF THE AGREEMENT
ON IMPORT LICENSING PROCEDURES (2024)[1]
Honduras
The following notification, dated 26 April
2024, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Honduras.
On the instructions of my Government, I
would like to state that the notifications submitted by Honduras to the
Committee on Import Licensing under Article 7.3 of the Agreement and
contained in documents _G/LIC/N/3/HND/1,
_G/LIC/N/3/HND/1/Add.1,
_G/LIC/N/3/HND/1/Add.1/Corr.1
and _G/LIC/N/3/HND/8
of 12 November 2007, 26 March 2010, 16 September 2010 and
10 December 2013, respectively, remain valid for 2024.
