The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1300 of 10 October 2025 introduces amendments to the Procedure for issuing, refusing to issue, re-issuing, cancellation the catch (export, re-export) registration form for Antarctic and Patagonian toothfish, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 252 of 05 March 2024, which was notified in document _G/LIC/N/2/UKR/27.

The amendments provide that the catch (export, re-export) registration form shall be revoked by the State Agency of Ukraine for the Development of Melioration, Fisheries and Food Programmes if the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organisations contains information on the termination of a legal entity through liquidation or information on the termination of entrepreneurial activity of an individual entrepreneur.

Both notifications concern Antarctic and Patagonian toothfish classified under the following tariff line codes according to the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity (UKT ZED):
