A summary of the notification in one of the WTO official languages

The following imports are subject to licensing:

Hydrofluorocarbons controlled under Montreal Protocol, whether existing alone or in a mixture.

The Ministry of Environment of Taiwan reviews and issues permits for regulated HFCs. Businesses must obtain the permit before proceeding with import and export operations.
