Expected duration of licensing procedure

Certification of Materials or Products for Waterworks is valid for two years. However, if it passes the periodic inspection, the validity period will be extended.

In order to import water supply materials and products (currently limited to water taps under the Integrated Public Notice), a KC Sanitation and Safety Certificate must be obtained pursuant to the Water Supply and Waterworks Installation Act.
