The Department Circular is intended to prescribe new documentary requirements attached to Notice to Import for Sale or Own Use – Liquid Petroleum Products and to Notice to Import for Sale or Own Use- Lubes Products for the issuance of an OIMB Acknowledgement Letter not later than seven (7) working days from receipt of complete application.
