·_        Automatic or Non-Automatic: The certification for non‑controlled chemicals and exemption with controlled chemicals is valid for only one year. There is no automatic renewal; the applicant must reapply.

·_        Documentation Requirements: The website for downloading the application form is now https://oaceis.pdea.gov.ph/.

·_        Eligibility of Applicants: The change in eligibility of applicants reflected as (g) in N3 is as follow: If an importer has a valid PDEA license, the authorized representative should be the same as the authorized representative applying for a certification of non-controlled and exemption with controlled chemicals.
