Updated covered products under Republic Act No. 10697 or the STMA.
Strategic goods that are regulated under Republic Act No. 10591 or the
Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act shall not be covered
under the STMA and remain under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Philippine
National Police – Firearms and Explosives Office.
