The following Approval Authority for radio communication equipment
from the "Department of Information and Communications Technology"
as per the S.I 87 of 2023 Customs Management (Prohibited and Restricted
Goods) Regulations, 2023
https://www.tradeportal.sc/wp-content/uploads/2024/02/SI-87-Customs-Management-Prohibited-and-Restricted-Goods-Regulations-2023.pdf has
changed to the "Seychelles Communications Regulatory Authority" as
the new independent regulator to regulate and govern the broadcasting and
electronic communication sector as stipulated in the S.I 64 of 2024 Customs
Management (Prohibited and Restricted Goods) Regulations, 2024
