A summary of the notification in one of the WTO official languages

The purpose of this law is to grant permission from authorized persons to engage in certain types of activities that may harm national security, financial stability, public interest, public health, and the environment, or to engage in certain types of activities that are dangerous to the environment, to use natural resources and public property of the state to a limited extent, and extension, suspension, restoration, revocation, their registration and control, as well as regulation of common relations related to establishing the classification and list of permits.

 

-   Export and import of animal products

-   Import, sale and use of ozone-depleting substances and other substitutes, products and equipment containing them

-   exporting, importing, transporting, producing, selling, using, and destroying toxic and dangerous chemicals across borders

-   export, import and transit of GMOs

-   Export, re-export and import of animals, plants and their derivatives specified in the Annex to the Convention on International Trade

-   export and import of weapons, equipment and firearms for military purposes

-   import of all types of fuel

-   manufacture, import and use of pyrotechnics for entertainment purposes

-   Import, export and manufacture of explosives and explosives for industrial purposes

-   Importing, exporting, transporting and burying radioactive minerals

-   transport, import and export of radiation generators

-   import, export, and transport of nuclear materials, and disposal of radioactive waste in one's country
