A summary of the notification in one of the WTO official languages

The Resolution approves the Procedure for issuing, refusing to issue and cancelling a written consent (notification) for transboundary transportation of hazardous waste, as well as a conclusion for transboundary transportation of waste.

 

The Resolution also contains a list of plastic waste, the transboundary transport of which is to be conducted based on a conclusion.

 

In addition, the Resolution repeals several regulatory acts, including the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1120 of 13 July 2000 "On Approval of the Regulation on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardour Waste and their Utilization/Disposal and "Yellow Waste List" and "Green Waste List", notified in document _G/LIC/N/2/UKR/13.
