Administrative Regulation No. 27/2023 acts as the implementing detailed rules for Law No. 12/2022. The Health Bureau is responsible for issuing import licences for the hazardous substances listed in Group B2 of Table B (Import Table) in the Annex to Chief Executive's Decision No. 110/2023. The Fire Services Bureau is responsible for issuing import licences for the hazardous substances listed in Group H of Table B (Import Table) in the Annex to Chief Executive's Decision No. 110/2023.
