A summary of the notification in one of the WTO official languages

The Resolution approves:

 

-    Procedure for issuing, refusing to issue, re-issuing, and cancellation a permit for the special use of aquatic bioresources outside the jurisdiction of Ukraine;

-    Procedure for issuing, refusing to issue, re-issuing, cancellation the catch (export, re-export) registration form for Antarctic and Patagonian toothfish;

-    Procedure for issuing, refusing to issue, re-issuing, cancellation of confirmation of the origin of aquatic bioresources (certificate of legality of extraction of aquatic bioresources from their habitat for export of catch products, re-export certificate of imported catch products, form of confirmation of processing of imported catch products for export).

 

The Resolution also repeals:

 

-    the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 596 "On Approval of the Procedure for Issuing Confirmation of the Legality of Extraction of Aquatic Bioresources from their Habitat and Processing of Catch Products (if necessary for a business entity to carry out foreign economic activity)" of 4 July 2012;

-    the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 760 "On Approval of the Procedure for Issuing Catch (Re-export) Registration Forms for Antarctic and Patagonian Toothfish" of 15 August 2012 (notified as document G/LIC/N/2/UKR/17);

-    the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 800 "On Approval of the Procedure for Issuance of Permits for Special Use of Aquatic Bioresources Outside the Jurisdiction of Ukraine or Refusal to Issue, Re-issue, Issue of a Duplicate and Cancellation of the Said Permit" of 30 October 2013.
