These rules provide inspection requirement on the product. A person who has obtained an import permit for controlled precursor chemical shall send the copy of each recommendation on the controlled precursor chemicals, a permit or license to the inspection of authorized person or a responsible person from within and outside of the country. The objective of this measure is to control the drug abuse.
