A summary of the notification in one of the WTO official languages

The companies which want to import the raw fish shall submit to Department of Fisheries, for the import recommendation, by describing how to use the imported fish together with the company registration, export/ import registration, certificate of origin of imported commodity, copies of sanitary certificate/health certificate and proforma invoice. The pretesting on the importing raw fish shall also do in advance. After getting the test result, the result shall be submitted to the relevant authority and the recommendation process will be proceed. Therefore, the companies which want to import the raw fish are issued to follow the above procedures.
