Adoption of the Agenda
The draft agenda for the meeting as contained in Airgram WTO/AIR/2408 of 15 October 2004 was adopted.
Doha Work Programme on Small Economies
The Chairman said this item calls for a review of work and proposals submitted to date. He said that under this item, it is also proposed that Members engage in an exchange of views on the decision adopted by the General Council on 1 August 2004. He reminded Members that this decision was also known as the "July Decision" and that it was contained in document WT/L/579. He said he was very interested to hear how Members viewed the development aspects o
