Brief description of the changes:
Noting the needs of facilitating international trade
and aiming at ensuring legal certainty and predictability for economic
operators, the EFTA States and the Republic of Peru have amended origin rules
in accordance with the Harmonized System to improve the effectiveness of this
Agreement. This amendment provides an updated list of product-specific rules,
specifying the working or processing required on non-originating materials
for the product to acquire originating status.
