Brief description of the changes:
The
EFTA States and the Republic of Serbia agreed to amend the Free Trade
Agreement to enhance trade facilitation measures. The Decision updates Annex
IV to align with the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement and introduces new
principles for efficiency, simplification, and harmonisation of trade
procedures. The update includes provisions such as transparency, advance
rulings, and risk management.
