Brief description of the changes:
Taking
into account that the EFTA States and the Republic of Serbia have adopted the
Regional Convention on Pan-Euro-Mediterranean preferential rules of origin,
the Decision updates Protocol B to align with the Convention's framework.
This incorporation ensures that products originating in the EFTA States and
Serbia benefit from the same preferential treatment and cumulation rules as
other Convention participants.
