Brief description of the Agreement:

The Agreement establishes a free trade area for trade in goods consistent with Article XXIV of GATT 1994. The Agreement includes provisions on Trade in Goods, Rules of Origin and Implementation Procedures, Customs Procedures and Trade Facilitation, Protection of Intellectual Property, Investment and Services, Competition, Dispute Settlement, General Provisions, Institutional Provisions, Final Provisions.
