Brief description of the Agreement:

The Agreement includes provisions on National Treatment and Market Access for Goods, Rules of Origin and Implementation Procedures, Customs Procedures and Trade Facilitation, Trade Remedies, Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures, Technical Barriers to Trade, Investment Cooperation, Electronic Commerce, Competition, Transparency, Dispute Settlement, Economic Cooperation, Initial Provisions, General Definitions, Administration, Exceptions, Final Provisions.
