Description: In this document, the Space Bureau seeks to refresh the record on proposed rules to permit the use of additional frequency bands for non-geostationary orbit ("NGSO") Fixed Satellite Service ("FSS") satellites to communicate with Earth Stations in Motion ("ESIMs").
