Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Amendments to
Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 539 of 10 May 2024 and
No. 847 of 23 July 2024"
Description: Ukraine notifies the adoption of the
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1598 "On Amendments
to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 539 of 10 May 2024
and No. 847 of 23 July 2024" of 05 December 2025.
The Resolution was published and entered into force on 06
December 2025.
The Resolution further stipulates that for a period of 12
months from its date of entry into force chemical products may be placed on the
market without complying with the requirements of the Technical Regulation on
Hazard Classification, Labeling and Packaging of Chemical Products, approved by
the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 539 of 10 May 2024.
