Description
of content: This draft Commission
Implementing Regulation approves 2,2-Dibromo-2-cyanoacetamide (DBNPA) as an
existing active substance for use in biocidal products of product-type 11.
The substance
meets the exclusion criteria set out in Article 5(1) of the Regulation (EU)
No 528/2012, but it fulfils the condition for derogation of Article 5(2), (b)
and/or (c), of that Regulation for specific uses.
