Description of content: This Draft Uganda Standard provides requirements on implementing a Change Management Program (CMP) to allow for Continuous Delivery, Agile Development, or similar practices that are employed within companies operating online or with wide diverse platforms. The CMP shall extend application of regulatory oversight and governance while modernizing the approach to the regulatory compliance process to meet the demands of new technology
