Description
of content: The proposed
regulations set minimum quality standards for the grading of edible vegetable
oils and proper labelling of these products when presented for sale. In
addition, the regulations specify crucial test parameters to verify
authenticity and to ensure compliance with the prescribed quality standards.
Food safety issues are excluded from the proposed regulations.
