Description of content: First Amendment to the proposed Mandatory Standard SI 61199, dealing with single-capped fluorescent lamps (Notified on 26 May 2020 in G/TBT/N/ISR/1149). This amendment deletes the following sections dealing with energy consumption due to the annulation of Israel's Energy Source Regulations:

·_        Deletes a few of the normative references included in Section 2;

·_        Deletes the national Section 4.2.202 dealing with energy efficiency label;

·_        Deletes Annex J, which deals with the calculation of energy efficiency.
