NOTE FROM THE SECRETARIAT

In order to assist Members, the following are deadlines for submission of various documentation in conjunction with the October 2020 meetings of the Committees on Anti‑Dumping Practices, Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, and Safeguards, which will be held in the week of 26 October 2020.

Members are reminded to always submit written questions and answers directly to the Member concerned at the same time that they submit them to the Secretariat for circulation.

1  AD/CVD LEGISLATION NOTIFICATIONS

The Secretariat will circulate to Members by 18 September 2020 a list of the new notifications of legislation that will be on the agenda for review at the regular meetings in October 2020. Pursuant to procedures adopted by the Committees, notifications circulated in all three WTO working languages not later than 14 September 2020 will be reviewed at the Committees' October 2020 regular meetings.

14 September 2020         Written questions regarding previously‑reviewed notifications of legislation, for consideration at the Committees' regular meetings in October 2020.

5 October 2020                Written questions regarding new notifications of legislation to be reviewed at the Committees' regular meetings in October 2020.

12 October 2020              Written answers to written questions submitted by 14 September 2020 regarding previously reviewed notifications of legislation, for consideration at the Committees' regular meetings in October 2020.

2  SAFEGUARDS LEGISLATION NOTIFICATIONS
