In order to assist
Members, the following are deadlines for submission of various documentation
following up on the November 2019 meetings, and in conjunction with the April 2020 meetings of the Committees on
Anti-Dumping Practices, Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, and Safeguards,
and subsidiary bodies, which will be held in the week of 27 April 2020.
Members are reminded to always submit
written questions and answers directly to the Member concerned at the same
time that they submit them to the Secretariat for circulation.
1 AD/CVD Legislation
Notifications
The Secretariat will circulate to Members by 20 March 2020 a list of the new notifications of legislation that will be on the
agenda for review at the regular meetings in April 2020. Pursuant to procedures adopted by the Committees,
notifications circulated in all three WTO working languages not later than 16 March 2020 will be reviewed at
the Committees' April 2020
regular meetings.
9 December 2019 Written
follow-up questions regarding notifications of
legislation reviewed at the Committees' regular meetings in November 2019.
6 January 2020 Written answers to written questions
regarding notifications of legislation reviewed at the Committees' regular
meetings in November 2019.
16 March 2020 Written questions regarding
previously-reviewed notifications of legislation, for consideration at the
Committees' regular meetings in April 2020.
6 April 2020 Written questions
regarding new notifications of legislation to be reviewed at the Committees'
regular meetings in April
2020.
14 April 2020 Written answers to written

2 Safeguards Legislation Notifications
The Secretariat will circulate to Members by 20 March 2020 a list of the new notifications of legislation that will
