AGREEMENT ON IMPORT LICENSING PROCEDURES
Notification under Article 5
SEPARATE CUSTOMS TERRITORY OF TAIWAN, PENGHU, KINMEN AND MATSU
The following communication, dated 21 October 2003, has been received from the delegation of the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu.

Pursuant to Articles 1.4(a) and 5 of the Agreement on Import Licensing Procedures, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu hereby notifies the Committee that its list of iron and steel products subject to import licensing procedures, which was notified to the WTO and circulated in document G/LIC/N/2/TPKM/1, has been revised. A revised list is attached.
All other information as contained in the previous notification remains unchanged.
