REPLIES OF ANGOLA TO QUESTIONS FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION

The following communication, dated 31 May 2024, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Angola.

To question 1 from the delegation of the European Union (G/LIC/Q/AGO/1 of 30 March 2015): Could Angola clarify whether the decree is already in force? If not, could Angola clarify when it is envisaged to enter into force?

The Republic of Angola hereby advises that Executive Decree No. 22/15 of January 2015 has not been in force since 1 January 2016.

It should be noted that Executive Decree No. 22/15 was only valid for the year 2015, as specified in Articles 1 and 14 of the Decree.
