RESULTS OF THE FIRST PHASE OF THE RULES OF ORIGIN
HARMONIZATION WORK PROGRAMME
Note by the Secretariat
1. In conformity with paragraph 2(c)(i) of Article 9 of the Agreement on Rules of Origin, the Technical Committee on Rules of Origin has submitted to the Committee on Rules of Origin the First Report on the Results of the First Phase of the Rules of Origin Harmonization Work Programme.
2. The report (WCO document 39.487), which is herewith circulated to Members together with the letter of transmission of the Chairman of the Technical Committee on Rules of Origin (Attachment 1), will be on the agenda for consideration at the next meeting of the Committee on Rights of Origin to be held on 16 November 1995.
