Upon the request of the members of the Working Group on Trade, Debt and Finance, the Côte d'Ivoire hereby communicates in writing the introductory and explanatory note that it presented orally at the Group's meeting on 17 May 2021, in the context of the discussion on its proposal in document WT/WGTDF/W/98.
