Recommendations on Competition Law and Policy
The OECD's governing Council has adopted a number of non-binding Recommendations on competition law and policy. Its most recent Recommendations urge effective action against hard core cartels and consideration of structural separation in regulated industries. Recommendations are often catalysts for major change by governments.
