Note by the Secretariat
The Committee on Trade-Related Investment Measures met on 26 October 2004 under the Chairmanship of Mr. Sivaramen Palayathan (Mauritius). The Committee adopted the agenda contained in WTO/AIR/2406.
Notifications Under Article 6.2 of the TRIMs Agreement
The Chairman said that notifications submitted under Article 6.2 had been compiled in document G/TRIMS/N/2/Rev.11. He noted that since the Committee's last meeting new notifications had been submitted by Mexico, El Salvador, Jordan, Armenia and Bahrain, which were contained in addenda 1 through 5 of the same document. An updated revision of this document to incorporate all new notifications would be issued before the end of the year. He added that a number of Members had still not yet complied with the notifica
