WTO SPS COMMITTEE TRANSPARENCY WORKING GROUP WORK PLAN

SUBMISSION FROM CHILE AND NEW ZEALAND

The following submission, dated 14 October 2025, is being circulated at the request of the delegations of Chile and New Zealand.

At its June 2025 meeting, the Committee agreed to hold the first meeting of the TWG in November 2025, with Chile and New Zealand acting as stewards, and the group's work guided by the proposed operational guidelines (_JOB/SPS/41).

The stewards submit the following document outlining the process and work plan of the WTO SPS Committee Transparency Working Group (SPS TWG).
