CERTIFICATION OF SPECIFIC COMMITMENTS

COMMUNICATION FROM THE SECRETARIAT

In accordance with the certification procedure initiated in document _S/C/W/476, dated 11 July 2025, concerning the Schedule of Specific Commitments of Brazil, and since the Secretariat has received no objections within 45 days as stipulated in the procedures contained in document _S/L/84, this certification procedure is hereby deemed concluded.

The improvements as attached to document _S/C/W/476 shall enter into force and constitute an integral part of Brazil's Schedule of Specific Commitments under the GATS on a date to be specified by Brazil following the completion of its relevant domestic approval procedures.
