CERTIFICATION OF SPECIFIC COMMITMENTS

The following communication, dated 3 June 2025, from the delegation of Japan is being circulated to the Members of the WTO.

In accordance with document _S/L/519 and _WT/Let/1710, Japan hereby notifies the Members of the WTO that, following the conclusion of the internal procedures, the improvements as attached to document _S/C/W/401, and corrected in document _S/C/W/401/Corr.1, as annexed to _WT/Let/1710, shall become effective and constitute an integral part of Japan's Schedule of Specific Commitments under the GATS on 10 June 2025.
